We had a great holiday at Villa Flora. Shortly after we arrived we were sitting on a very comfortable balcony with a cup of tea, felt relaxed and enjoyed the views.

The villa was well appointed and stylish, with lots of room and several balconies to provide space and variety. We liked having the rooftop to eat at, especially at night. Living in the villa was easy and comfortable, and the local property manager was friendly and helpful.

This was our second visit to Kalkan, and Villa Flora was much closer to town than our previous villa. The villa was very well equipped and had good Wi-Fi.

The pool area and views were beautiful. We loved the Ottoman-style terrace and spending evenings on the roof terrace. Communication with the owners was excellent, and Mehmet, who looks after the villa, was friendly and helpful and even arranged a lovely boat trip. We would definitely recommend Villa Flora.

We stayed at Villa Flora in mid-July with our family and found it to be the perfect villa. The pool is great and there are several outside seating areas, so everyone could find their own space. The roof terrace was especially lovely in the evenings.

The views are spectacular and the welcome pack was much appreciated. There are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed boat trips and beach clubs. We would happily return.

We enjoyed our holiday at Villa Flora. The villa is well equipped and in a good location close to town. The layout is a little unusual, which may not suit everyone, but overall it was a pleasant place to stay.

Villa Flora was absolutely fantastic and had everything we needed. The ground-floor bedrooms were very useful and stayed cool. The terrace views are stunning.

The villa is about a 10-minute walk into the old town, although the return walk is steep. Mehmet was very helpful. We would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed for 12 days and found Villa Flora to be absolutely perfect. A welcome pack was provided, including milk, bread, cheese, juice, and wine.

The villa is very well equipped and feels secluded while offering beautiful views of the harbour and mountains. The pool depth was ideal, and the rooftop terrace was absolutely stunning. The local host was extremely helpful.

Villa Flora is about a 10-minute walk from town, though the return walk is uphill. The villa was well equipped, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the pool area was lovely.

There are several terraces with spectacular views. We would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return.

This is one of the best houses we have ever stayed in. It is close to the town centre and supermarket and is fully equipped — you could easily stay for a month without eating out.

The views are fantastic and the villa gets sunshine all day. A wonderful place to stay.
